Computer Cleaning

Pine Valley Computers will clean the internal components and mechanisms of computers and perform preventative maintenance throughout the system. Not only does this service make the computers run more efficiently but it also allows technicians to deal with problems preemptively.

Computer Setup

Pine Valley Computers will set up the CPU, monitor, printer and other components of a computer system and perform tests to ensure that everything is functioning properly.

On-Site Service Plans

Pine Valley Computers realizes that everyone's requirements are different. Our service plans are customizable for your requirements. We'll sit down with you and go over what you are looking for and work to accommodate your needs. From there, together we will work out the type of plan that best suits your needs. PC Tune Up

Pine Valley Computers will ensure that all updates and hardware drivers are up to date with this service. Since redundant files can clog up computer memory our technician will optimize the system and fine-tune all systems for optimum performance. In addition a series of complete virus and spyware scans will be performed and the system will then be given a drive scan and defragmented.

Printer Cleaning

During Printer Cleaning Pine Valley Computers will clean the external surfaces of dirt and toner or ink. Laser printers are cleaned of toner residue, inkjet printers are cleaned to prevent smearing while dot matrix printers have the platen cleaned and all paper residue removed. This kind of cleaning ensures proper printer functioning and will greatly extend the lifespan of the machines.

Service Time Blocks

Everything eventually breaks and requires service. As a service to our clients, Pine Valley Computers pre-sells twenty-hour blocks of repair time to be used as required. These hours don’t expire if you don't use them after a certain time. So if it takes you two years to use them, we'll still be there for you. When you pre-purchase the service time blocks, we'll reduce the cost by 10 percent to save you money.
