Remote Support means:

Safe, Secure and Simple
During a remote support session you, the client, will set up a special secure connection. That connection will allow Pine Valley to remotely install a computer program that allows us to access your system. Once we're in we analyze the system and then we can frequently repair whatever is wrong with a minimal loss of productivity.
Throughout the procedure you can observe everything while it is happening and, when everything is finished, you can sever the connection and remove the program.
